- Prior to forming Strange Talk, both members were in another duo called Citylife, whose debut single “San Francisco” spent 20 weeks on the ARIA Club Chart, reaching the Top 5.
- The band has a song called “The River,” which features Xavier Bacash of buzzing Aussie duo Gypsy & The Cat (RCA Records UK).
- Member Gerard recently toured with Disco Montego, and Strange Talk has performed in the company of The Temper Tramp and The Joy Formidable.
- Debut EP “Climbing Walls” can be expected early next year and will include several tracks produced and mixed by Eliot James (Two Door Cinema Club, Bloc Party). A single can be expected by the end of this year.

- Under the production moniker Thieves of Aon, members Gerard and Stephen are working on remixes for Miami Horror, Art vs Science, and Muscles.
