  • The Fives consists of brothers Carl, Greg, and Rafael Haley and best friend Charlie Platt.
  • It is both a production/songwriting team and an act.
  • Before forming The Fives, each member was a session musician – they have collectively played for Rihanna, Leona Lewis, and Chris Brown.
  • Over the past year, The Fives has done remixes for Sean Kingston and Honorebel, Tim Berg, and Ed Drewett.
  • The Fives co-wrote and produced Vanya Taylor’s “It’s What You Do,” which has received airplay on Radio 1, 1Xtra, Choice FM, Kiss FM, and Rinse FM.
  • In June, The Fives caught the attention of top songwriter Wayne Hector (Britney Spears, The Pussycat Dolls, JLS, Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts) and wrote a song with him for Kelly Clarkson called “Nobody Can Stop Us,” which will be on her upcoming album.
  • Since June, The Fives has worked with Professor Greene, Loick Essien, Roll Deep, and Daley.
  • In the new year, The Fives is scheduled to work with Bruno Mars, Leona Lewis, Tinie Tempah, Yasmin, and Wretch 32.
  • The Fives also does sync work and sound design for TV and the web – recent clients include Ikea, Mercedes, Galaxy Chocolate, and London Fashion Week.
  • Expect an EP from The Fives in February.
