• Members Mike Seminari and C. Todd Nielsen are songwriters with Sony/ATV Music Publishing. Since signing their publishing deals, they’ve had cuts with David Archuleta and RED, and they’ve collaborated with several established producers and songwriters, including Justin Trugman (Eminem), Keith Harris (The Black Eyed Peas), Klaus Derendorf (Josh Groban), and Tom Douglas (Tim McGraw, Miranda Lambert). Furthermore, Neilson wrote a song on an album that reached #1 in Japan.

• Prior to forming Now the Rabbit Has the Gun, Seminari and Nielson were in a band called Embassy (later renamed Mayday) that had sync placements with Playstation, “The Biggest Loser,” and “Stargate.”

• Member Morgan Taylor Reid has written for Shane Harper, Zac Poor, South Jordan, Kandice Melonakos, and Plug In Stereo, recently flew to Miami to work at The Hit Factory with RedOne on tracks for the super producer’s new signing 7Lions, and has had his own songs featured in a Levi’s marketing campaign and on the season 7 finale of “Grey’s Anatomy.”

• The band’s debut album was co-written and co-produced by Dwight Baker (Kelly Clarkson, The Plain White T’s).

• Since forming in late 2010, the band has already sold out The Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles twice.

• The band is currently working on new material and planning to announce tour dates in the near future. In the meantime, you can catch it live at The Viper Room in Los Angeles on August 3, 2011.
