Graffiti6 has followed in the footsteps of Katy Perry, Coldplay, and Depeche Mode, signing a deal with Capitol Records.

A major label deal seemed like only a matter of time — between the windfall of blog support it experienced after releasing “Stare into the Sun” and the major sync placements it enjoyed with the likes of “Grey’s Anatomy” and Heineken, the duo was easily one of the most talked about unsigned acts of 2010/2011.

If you haven’t jumped on the Graffiti6 bandwagon yet, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to do over the coming months — the duo is currently offering a free Dr. Rosen remix of single “Annie You Save Me” on its official site, planning a US summer tour, and scheduled to perform at New Jersey’s TalkLiberty Festival (in the company of Coldplay, The Kooks, and Two Door Cinema Club) in September.
