Josh Doyle, who we have previously featured as an unsigned pick, made his US network television debut on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” last night.

Doyle took to the stage to perform “Solarstorms,” the first single off his upcoming eponymous album, which is set for release on 10/23/12, as well as one of his earlier songs, “I Figured the World Out.”

“Solarstorms,” along with the rest of his upcoming album, was produced by Grammy winner John Shanks, who Doyle got the opportunity to work with after winning Guitar Center’s “Singer-Songwriter” contest.
